Located in the district of Sibà and built around 1795, the church is dedicated to Our Lady of the Rosary, celebrated on October 7. Its architecture reflects the classic style of rural Pantelleria churches: a single nave, walls made of local lava stone, and a barrel-vaulted roof. The structure is built using continuous load-bearing masonry, with squared stones at the corners and irregular stonework throughout the rest. The extrados of the vault is waterproofed with a layer of volcanic ash and lime (locally called tuffu), laid over compacted soil and pressed using wooden mallets. Beneath the floor lies a burial site. From the apse, a small lateral sacristy can be accessed. The bell tower, which stands separate from the church, has been recently rebuilt.
