Nestled in the district of Grazia, the Church of Madonna delle Grazie was constructed around 1793 atop the remnants of an earlier structure. Dedicated to Our Lady of Graces, the church celebrates its patronal feast on July 2nd. This church exemplifies the classic rural Pantellerian ecclesiastical architecture: a single nave built with local lava stone masonry, featuring a barrel-vaulted ceiling. The vault's exterior is waterproofed with a mixture of volcanic lapilli (locally known as tuffu) and lime, laid over compacted earth and compressed using wooden mallets. Beneath the floor lies a single tomb dating back to 1836. One wall displays a votive painting depicting a miracle attributed to the Madonna in 1910. At the far end, a wooden painting portrays the Madonna delle Grazie, a reproduction of the image from Margana. An archway from the apse leads to a small side sacristy. The churchyard was established in 1928.
